ORDINANCE 2012-4066
An ordinance to amend the zoning map of the City of Pataskala for the property located at parcel numbers 64-068322-00.003 and 64-307680-00.000 at Oxford Drive and Broad Street, and totaling 7.322 acres, changing from the current PRO Zoning (Professional Office Research District) to PCD (Planned Commercial District). The property owner is D.B.M. Enterprises, LTD.
