Permits are required for large public events to ensure that all safety and security precautions are being followed. Fund Raisers or other large events taking place outdoors require an Outdoor Public Entertainment Activity Permit. Large events to take place in City Parks will also require a reservation with the Parks and Recreation Board (under Services page.) If you wish to have a block party, parade or a run/walk along City Streets, please contact the Police Department for a Parade Permit; 740-927-5701.
