Broad Street Repaving Scheduled to Begin
The Broad Street repaving project is scheduled to begin during the week of April 29th. This project, which will result in repaving the entire length of Broad Street within the City, will begin at the western Pataskala corporation boundary and progress east. Please know that the project, which is being completed by ODOT, will include the portion of Broad Street in the City as well as the portion that extends approximately 7 miles from the eastern boundary of Pataskala. Community Reinvestment Areas
The City of Pataskala has created three Community Reinvestment Areas. Community Reinvestment Areas are established geographic boundaries in which property owners can receive property tax incentives for investment in qualified property improvements related to the renovation of existing or construction of new buildings located within one of the established CRA’s. Change to Utility Rate Structure
On August 6, 2012 Pataskala City Council approved an ordinance to revise the utility rate structure. The new utility rate structure will take affect during the usage cycle of September to October, with new rate charges due November 15, 2012.
